Christopher Talbert is the Chief Executive Officer of 4TRESS, a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions through integrity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to its clients.
Christopher's leadership philosophy was forged during his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an aviation electronics technician after enlisting in 1987. The Marine Corps instilled in him the values of integrity, loyalty, honor, accountability, and perseverance—principles that continue to guide every aspect of his leadership. He believes that leadership begins at the front, where trust is earned through example, and that the success of any organization depends on investing in its people.
After graduating from high school in 1985, Christopher chose to gain life experience before pursuing higher education. Nearly twenty years later, he fulfilled that goal by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Commerce in 2004, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 2008.
Throughout his civilian career, Christopher has built and led high-performing teams, discovering that one of the most rewarding aspects of leadership is identifying talented individuals, matching them with opportunities where they can thrive, and creating an environment where they can succeed.
